  My wife returned a faulty (leaking) water bottle to the Mona Vale store. The manager came out in front of the cash registers with a bucket and demanded that my wife prove to him that the water bottle was leaking before any refund was issued. This was all conducted in an aggressive and loud manner in front of 15 to 25 staff and customers. You can imagine how it felt. My wife is a lovely, kind person who has shopped at this store every week since it opened. She came home in tears. When lodging a complaint with HQ they didn't even ask our name or any contact details. Disgusting behaviour from the manager and who cares from HQ. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

  I am a passionate shopper at Harris Farm and have been since you opened. I applaud your introduction of "imperfect" goods [mostly perfect] and your initiative to reduce plastic bag use. However, the new layout is not user friendly as one has to navigate around the stalls at the front often colliding with people coming the other way. I'm disappointed that your environmental image doesn't extend to refusing to sell bottled water, which has many unsustainable issues.

  Love Harris Farm Markets at Mona Vale. I drive from Avalon to do my shop at Harris Farm as I know that everything I want will be there. Very rarely are they missing an ingredient that I want. Fabulous specials on meat too. Ever think about opening in Avalon, David Harris?
