  I am so glad to be here for first and last time.
  Thanks for your quick service.
  No complaints.
  The first worst encounter of mine with such a friendly, time oriented service dominos.
  Highly recommend to person who can wait just for 1 pizza for 1 hours. Not even delivery it’s pick up.
  May you guys keep it up.

  Don't even bother going to this store. They mess up every order I've made here, I order triple cheese and triple vegan beef (because the pizzas are always so bare to begin with) I get home and open the pizza box to find next to no toppings on the pizza. No quality control at all.

  Ordered Delivery and was met by a very handsome guy who drove a red Sports car
  In my opinion he was the most effective and efficient delivery driver I have encountered and recommend ordering Dominos just to have the opportunity to tip this individual.

  NEVER AGAIN AT MONA VALE
  As previous review said. Pizzas had minimal toppings even after paying for extras. On top of that they were undercooked, cheese barely melted and dough still soft and pale. Only 1 mask being worn by kitchen staff.
  I tried to place order using app but after selecting my order it kept defaulting to a privacy policy page after which I could not get out of despite ticking agreement.
  I will say when I have up and rang, the girl who took the order over the phone was welcoming efficient and professional .
  Pick up in store was not good. Needs a health inspector to come through. Cooks and servers looked unkempt and that is not what a customer wants to see.Management should train people to simply acknowledge when someone comes in.

  I ordered a pizza over 2 hours ago, Uber Eats says it's delivered, which it's not. To top it off they're not answering the phone!

  The worst service - don't even order from here- we ordered last time the 15 minute order, an hour and a half later we found ourself calling to see where our pizza was- they said it got stolen from the pizza guy , and we asked where it was as it was 9.30 at night. No call or anything from them to explain what happened , we kept calling and another hour later it finally arrived. They agreed we had 2 free pizzas on our file and we tried again tonight, they had no idea what I was talking about so I had to explain the whole story- again it's been 1 hour, we had to call them again to see where our pizza was and they said our address was invalid even though we live down the road- having to wait another half an hour as they lost our order 10 past 9 again ! . Won't be eating u til nearly 10pm Get some trained staffed for goodness sake ! Don't even bother ordering from here if your hungry!
