  Taking the car to this place was a bad decision. They don't seem to be able to do work that goes beyond the casual tyre puncture repair. In fact they prefer those jobs to precision ones. I went in for a wheel alignment, their machine didn't print a report and they gave me a car which was pulling on one side really badly. I took it back in then they admitted that the job wasn't done properly and spent another hour on it. I specifically asked to take the wheels off to adjust the plates on the ball joints, first they questioned that they were adjustable then they adjusted without taking the wheel off. Finally they told me I was wasting their time and that they couldn't get it any better than that, I had to book it in on another day to get it done properly...They finally gave me the car back just as bad as when I took it in, the tool to keep the steering wheel straight left a mark and two tiny punctures on my leather driver seat. If this isn't enough to put you off taking your pride and joy to this shop, rest assure they can't take any feedback or responsibility for their actions either: I called back to explain the issue and why I wasn't going to take it back there to fix it, and instead of listening and apologising they hung up on me. I don't understand how people post pictures of supercars in front of their shop if they can't even make a sport hatch go straight on the road...waste of time and money!

  These guys are always happy to help and look after you, even when you drive in unannounced with a small repair of a flat tyre and all for a $40 earn.

  Fatàstic friendly service. Darrell went above snd beyond to ensure my tyres were fixed up quickly. They were also very helpful and understanding with my 2 pups as well. Make sure these guys are top of your list when choosing a wheel and tyre service provider. A class!

  Great service and super fast. l went there in the holidays on a Saturday when they were flat out and they still fitted me in and did the repair on the spot. Couldn't speak highly enough about them. Not to mention one of the cleanest workshop's l have seen. Great care for your car. l will send my friends your way Avalon tyres.
