  I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Jarman during my car-buying journey, and I can't recommend him highly enough. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, but he also took the time to educate me on alternative cars in its class, drawing insightful comparisons to underscore why the particular make and model I chose was superior.
  
  His approach was refreshingly polite and never pushy. What truly stood out, however, was the exemplary after-sales care I received. In a market saturated with options, it's the genuine care and knowledge of professionals like Mike that make all the difference.   I purchased a Mercedes Vito Van off Peter Ting a month ago. The customer service was great and Peter helped me to set up the van correctly with everything I needed. He also patiently ran me through all the new technology that this van comes with. Thank you again Peter.

  Great local Mercedes dealership with fantastic range of cars to choose from at very competitive prices and very easy, enjoyable purchase experience, but most importantly - The Service Team at G Brothers is amazing. This is already my second year and the customer service representative looking after me is Vince - very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and professional - explained things to me clearly - during today’s service a puncture was found in one of my tyres by service team and repaired at no coast to me!!! Thank you!!! Very much appreciated - I feel looked after and cared for, feel safe - that is very important for women drivers such as myself. Exceptional customer service and positive experience all the way from the very moment I purchased my beautiful car till now- Highly recommended.

  I had the pleasure of having Walter from G Brothers to serve me. He was genuine, very switched on and followed through the sale thoroughly. I did the sale with a trade-in and Murray , the sales manager was also very sincere to close the deal, offering a decent price for my other Merc. Walter personally delivered the new car to my place and ran through the features of the car, which to be honest, my husband and I were quite impressed. His knowledge on Merc was second to none, and he was able to elaborate on certain Merc features which other sales consultants from other dealerships weren't able to. Look for Walter when you visit G Brothers. He was superb! Haven't had the need to deal with the Service department as yet, will have a separate post on that when the time comes.

  Highly recommend Jacob and the team at G Brothers. Jacob made my first mercedes purchase such a dream. The process went so smoothly, he was very knowledgeable, genuine and friendly, he explained/helped me set up functions etc prior to leaving with the car. I love my car so much. Thank you Jacob and the G Brothers team.
